For users with integrated contacts, your account has been connected to your contact CRM, and will sync for you every couple of hours. This includes updating any contact tags. 
Your CRM is still your source of truth, so continue to manage your database there, and we will simply mirror that in ActivePipe.

For users that do not have contact integration, you can easily manage your contacts using CSV files
